RelationRate score
Beyond a rating
A star rating captures one part of an experience. A recommendation question captures another. A strong customer relationship includes more: confidence in the next visit, intent to choose the business again and preference over comparable alternatives.

RelationRate draws inspiration from Nordic relationship marketing research, where customer relationships are understood as something that develops over time – beyond a single satisfactory experience.
It therefore considers trust, repeat choice, preference, recommendation and self-reported repeat behaviour. The result is a short, practical tool for consumer businesses, built on a proprietary model.

As the dataset grows, the ambition is to publish recurring customer relationship reports with trends and relevant comparisons across industries, regions and countries. All reporting will require sufficient data and clear methodology rules.
